Each session is altered for each player and their development needs. No workout will be the same as the last. We will focus highly on fundamentals such as footwork, ball handling, passing, and shooting at a high level. We will improve your weakness while emphasizing and polishing your strengths.

Expectations - When working with Coach Adu, expect high intensity, emotion, energy, and a great deal of focus on making sure we are doing everything we can to maximize our time together.

Session Type Descriptions:

Individual Basketball Skill Coaching: Improve your skills: ball handling, shooting, passing, and finishing at the rim. A hands-on and detailed 1-on-1 private workout (75 minutes).

Film Breakdown Session: Identify your strengths and the areas you need to improve to reach the next level of performance. Study how the greats play to add their skills to your game, just like an NBA/College film room (30 minutes).

Zoom Ball Handling Session 1-on-1: Physical distance doesn’t have to be an excuse for you. You’ll improve your skills with remote training through this live 1-on-1 video coaching session (60 minutes).

Full-Body Workout: Level up your in-game performance and recover faster from off-season training. An individualized workout you can take with you any time, anywhere to push your limits (60 minutes).

Small-Group Basketball Skill Coaching: Developing your skills and pushing each other to grow, working alongside high-level talent. Skills such as ball-handling, shooting, passing, and finishing at the rim. A hands-on and detailed group workout for 3-5 athletes or an entire team (75 minutes).
